April 2, 2017 a delegation of the MPs from Artsakh Republic also took part at the Republic of Armenia parliamentary elections as observers. The delegation was composed of Arthur Tovmasyan, head of the "Motherland" faction, Arpat Avanesyan, "Motherland" faction, Armen Sargsyan, “Dashnaktsutyun” faction , Vardges Baghryan, "Democracy" faction, Eduard Aghabekyan, "Movement '88" faction as well as Karen Topchyan, advisor to the Artsakh Republic National Assembly President and representative of the NKR NA in the RA NA.
During the day Artsakh delegation carried out observation in more than 15 polling stations in Yerevan, Kotayk and Ararat regions of Armenia.
