March 23, President of the Republic of Artsakh (RA) National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan received Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ashot Hovakimian.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the prospects for expanding the representativness of Artsakh in the international institutions, as well as the activities of the permanent missions of the Republic of Artsakh abroad. Special attention was paid to the possibilities of effective implementation of parliamentary diplomacy.

Referring to the positive review  of the constitutional referendum in the Republic of Artsakh by the international observers, Deputy Foreign Minister Ashot Hovakimian stressed its importance in the formation of a full and impartial opinion on Artsakh in the international institutions.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan also participated in the meeting.
