The text of the Artsakh Republic new Constitution published on February 28 in the "NKR Official Bulletin" is posted on the website of the National Assembly. Note that according results of the referendum held on February 20, the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh was approved by an overwhelming majority of citizens.

According Paragraph 1 of  to Article 166 of the new Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh, "Chapters 1-3 and 12 of the Constitution shall enter into force on the 10th day following the promulgation of the amendments to the Constitution in the ‘Official Journal of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh’." 

Since March 10, 2017, the provisions of the above chapters of the new Constitution will be implemented in the territory of the Republic of Artsakh.
