January 16, President of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan signed a decision to convene an extraordinary session.

An extraordinary session is convened on the initiative of the National Assembly MPs at 11:00 on January 17, with the agenda proposed by them.

The agenda of the extraordinary session proposed by the deputies includes resumption of the draft Constitution which was suspended at the plenary session on December 29, 2016.
