December 14, Vice-President of Artsakh National Assembly Vahram Balayan convoked a working consultation with the participation of the chairmen of the standing committees and their deputies and responsible staff members.

During the meeting, the draft laws included in the agenda of the 4th session of the National Assembly, the draft law "On the NKR State Budget for 2017", an accompanying package of laws, as well as other issues were discussed.

Summing up the meeting, Vice-President of NKR National Assembly Vahram Balayan announced that the next plenary meeting would be held on December 15 at 11:00.
