December 7, a joint closed meeting of the Standing Committee on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement and on Budget, Financial and Economic Management was held.

The meeting was conducted by Zhanna Galstyan, Chair of Defense, Security and Law Enforcement, and Vice Chair of the Standing Committee on Budget, Financial and Economic Management, Armo Tsatryan.

The agenda included issues on funding of the NKR Ministry of Defense, Police, National Security Service, the State Service for Emergency Situations provided for in the draft law of the NKR "On the State Budget of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic for 2017".

Discussions on the draft budget in the NA parliamentary factions started in the second half of the day.
