September 9, Specialized Commission on Constitutional reforms has convened a regular meeting, to continue discussion of the draft constitutional reform. Commission Chairman Ashot Ghoulyan presented some comments on the activity schedule.

Taking into account the change in the timing of presentation of the concept of constitutional reforms and a proposal of the specialized commission, according to the decree of the NKR President on September 6, deadline for the submission of the draft constitutional reform is set on the 20th of November.
