July 30, the concept of constitutional reforms was presented to the President of the Republic by the Specialized Commission on the constitutional reforms. It consists of preface and the following chapters: basic human rights and freedoms, the control system, the judicial power, local government and the referendum.
Taking into consideration the interest in the presented concept, in particular to the variant of control system, we inform that the Specialized Commission proposed a presidential governance model.
If the concept is approved by the president of the republic, the Specialized Commission will continue to work on the project of constitutional reform.
