July 30, a regular meeting of the Specialized Commission on the constitutional reforms was held.

Summing up the results of public discussions, chairman of the Commission Ashot Ghoulyan noted that views and ideas presented in the discussion were useful and interesting, and helped to shape the final conclusions of the Commission.

Specialized Commission by unanimous vote approved the concept of constitutional reforms which, according to the order of the activities of the specialized commissions of constitutional reforms under the President of NKR, was proposed to the Presidential approval.
