July 22, a regular meeting of the specialized commission on constitutional reforms under the NKR President chaired by the Head of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly, Ashot Ghoulyan was held.

Given the pre-planned and adjusted starting date of the process of constitutional reforms, the commission considered the organizational and technical issues related to the activities of the public on the draft concept.

As a result of the exchange of views, it was decided that during the next week, the commission will hold public debates around the concept of constitutional reforms with representatives of political parties, intelligentsia, academics, the judiciary, NGOs and youth organizations, as well as decision-makers in the field of territorial administration.
