March 10, Chairman of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic National Assembly, Ashot Ghoulyan met with the heads of the regional administration and discussed the issues, related to the planning and conduct of the events on the 25th anniversary of the NKR independence proclamation.

Members of the state commission on organizing and coordinating of the events for the 25th anniversary of proclamation of the NKR independence – minister – NKR government chief of staff, Levon Grigoryan, minister of education, science and sports, Slava Asryan, minister of culture and youth affairs, Narine Aghabalyan and mayor of the city of Stepanakert, Suren Grigoryan – were invited to the meeting.

Chairman of the Parliament highlighted that not only regional centers but also the rural communities of the republic should be involved in the celebration events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the proclamation of the NKR independence.

During the exchange of opinion heads of the district administration presented the features of the organization of the festive events in the regions, some technical and organizational issues and justification of the corresponding expenses. 

Members of the commission clarified a number of issues and pointed out their  possible solutions.
