Based on the orders №4 and №5 of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Chairman of the National Assembly, Ashot Ghoulyan, dated February 22 and March 2, 2016, correspondingly, the National Assembly created an advisory body - the Youth Parliament of the second convocation.

Applications for membership in the Youth Parliament could be submitted by the NKR citizens aged from 18 to 28.

For nomination the following documents must be submitted:

• An application
• An autobiography (CV)
• 2 photograph (3x4),
• A copy of the passport and the document on education,
• A certificate from the educational institution or place of work,
• Justification.

The applications are accepted from March 3 to 25, 2016 inclusive, to the e-mail address youth@nankr.am or at the following address: 2, February 20th St, Stepanakert (NA reception desk) with the note “For the Youth Parliament”.
