February 4, a meeting of the party leaders of the “Free Motherland”, ”Democratic Party of Artsakh”, “Armenian Revolutionary Federation - Dashnaktsutyun”, “Movement-88” and “National Renaissance” was held in the small hall of the NKR National Assembly to start the consultations on the reforms in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic constitution.

 The format of political discussions and consultations is open to other political parties in Artsakh.
