December 7, a joint meeting of the NKR National Assembly Standing Committees on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement and Budget, Financial, and Economic Management, led by the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement Zhanna Galstyan was held. The agenda included issues of financing of the NKR Ministry of Defense, Police, National Security Service, the State Emergency Services provided in the NKR draft law "On the State Budget of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic for 2016".

The meeting was held behind closed doors.
