Today on the initiative of the Friendship Circle “Karabakh-France” a minute of silence has been held at the French square in Stepanakert to commemorate the victims of the Paris terror attacks.

NA Chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, PM Arayik Harutyunyan, the Head of the President Office Marat Musayelyan, MPs, ministers, state and public organization representatives and citizens laid flowers at the monument of “Eternity”, which symbolizes the friendship of two people.
