May 3, Chairman of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan received the delegation of the South Ossetia headed by the Head of the Parliament Anatoly Bibiblov which is currently in Artsakh with an observation mission on the Parliamentary elections.

Welcoming the guests the Head of the National Assembly underlined the significance of cooperation with the Parliament of South Ossetia and pointed at the importance of an observation mission as an exchange of experience in terms of the state-building.

Expressing gratitude for invitation the Head of the South Ossetia Parliament noted that the elections are an important step in the consolidation of the democratic processes.

During the meeting the sides discussed a wide range of questions concerning inter-parliamentary relations.
