Today the Chairman of the NKR NA Ashot Ghoulyan sent а telegram of condolences to the Chairman of the France-Artsakh Friendship Circle, French MP Francois Rochebloine concerning the terrorist act in the editorial office of the satirical weekly “Charlie Hebdo”.

Dear Mr. Rochebloine

In Artsakh the people are shocked by the news of the terrorist attack against the editorial office of the satirical weekly “Charlie Hebdo”. From myself and on behalf of my colleagues in the National Assembly accept our sincere sympathy to the friendly people of France.

We share the pain of France, the anger of the civilized world and our country, whose people have experienced the terror on a state level, is ready to join the international solidarity in the fight against terrorism and intolerance.

Once again, please accept our condolences and assurances that the sovereign Artsakh wholeheartedly supports the feelings of the people of France in the name of universal values, "says the chairman of the NKR National Assembly in a telegram of condolences.
