December 31, Chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan visited the eastern state boundary lines to congratulate the NKR Defense Army soldiers and Commanders with the New Year and Christmas. 

Chairman of the Parliament thanked Armenian soldiers and commanders for this year tensed service and confident control over the state borders.

Ashot Ghoulyan noted that the main guarantee of independence and security of Artsakh today and in the coming years will be its Defense Army and people, determined to defend the sovereignty of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.
