December 3, Ashot Ghoulyan attended the office of the Armenian Assembly of America and met with the Executive Director of the organization, Brian Ardouni and other officials. The issues on political and economic development of Artsakh as well as the opportunities of their presentation to the outside world were discussed.

December 4, Ashot Ghoulyan met with the Executive Director of the Armenian National Committee of America Aram Hambaryan and the ex-chief of the Haydat in the USA Karo Armenyan in their office in Washington. During the meeting the issue on current situation in the peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict and possible forthcoming regional and international changes, and the issue of cooperation in the coming future were discussed.

The working visit of the Chairman of the NKR Parliament to Washington has finished.
