November 21, presentation of the book of the PhD, the dean of the faculty of History of Yerevan State University, Professor Edik Minasyan “History of the Third Armenian State” took place in the NKR National Assembly library. According to the author it is the first attempt to present scientifically the two independent Armenian states’ achievements, omissions and weaknesses in the socio-political and socio-economic spheres of the third Armenian state and the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Deputy Chairman of NKR National Assembly Artur Tovmassyan, members of the Parliament, Erevan and Artsakh State University professors and students and media representatives partook at the presentation.
