November 4, the first sitting of the Youth Parliament (YP) under the auspices of the NKR National Assembly took place.

Welcoming the members of the newly created Youth Parliament, Chairman of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan underlined the importance of establishing a dialogue using capabilities and initiatives of the youth.

Congratulatory message of NKR President Bako Sahakyan to the members of the Youth Parliament and the wish for productive work was presented.

Then members of the Youth Parliament swore an oath.

The formation of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly also was conducted in correspondence with the seven acting committees of the National Assembly. Sevak Hakobyan was approved the chairman of the Youth Parliament according to the temporary procedure.
