October 10, Chairman of NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan met with a group of students of RA Foreign Ministry's diplomatic school headed by the director of the institution, Vahe Gabrielyan. The Parliament Chairman underlined the importance of the Diplomatic school students’ study visit to Artsakh that will help the future diplomats create a complete picture of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

Ashot Ghoulyan presented to the students of the Diplomatic school the activities of the legislative authorities of Artsakh, state-building process and the issues related to diplomacy and answered their questions.
