On October 9, the second plenary meeting of the 10th session of NKR National Assembly of the 5th Convocation was held, which was chaired by the Head of Parliament Ashot Ghoulyan.

After examining the issues on the agenda on the amendments in the NKR law "On Legal Acts", as well as amendments and additions to the law «Regulations of the National Assembly" and listening to the positive conclusion of the Head committee, the parliament adopted a package of the aforementioned laws.

At the end of the plenary meeting, National Assembly Chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 8 of the Law of NKR "On Control Chamber," has issued the statement of the chairman of NKR Control Chamber on his resignation.
