September, 11 Chairman of NKR NA Ashot Ghoulyan received the famous athlete, President of Armenian Federation of Athletics, Robert Emmiyan. At the meeting, where the President of Artsakh Federation of Athletics also took place, the questions of development of light athletics in Artsakh and further co-operation were discussed.

   The Chairman of NA Ashot Ghoulyan expressed gratitude to Robert Emmiyan for his big contribution to the development of the Light athletics in Artsakh.
