According to the order of the Chairman of the National Assembly, Ashot Ghoulyan, Youth Parliament of the National Assembly is created as a youth advisory body. All the citizens of NKR aged 18-30 who are members of parties, presented and non-presented in the National Assembly, representatives of NKR public organizations, higher educational institutions, self-nominated individuals could apply to join Youth Parliament.

 Each candidate nominating for the Youth Parliament membership has to submit the following documents:

• Application,
• 2 photos (3x4),
• Copies of the Passport and Certificate of Education,
• Certificate of employment/study,
• Motivations for joining the Youth Parliament.

 Documents are accepted from 10 to 30 September on the email address: youth@nankr.am or in the following address: 2, 20th February str., Stepanakert (NA Reception) with the note “For the Youth Parliament”
